Just had wood stove fitted and we couldn’t be happier. Delighted with the service from start to finish. No pressure at all to buy. We went to the store and change our minds on the fire 3 times with no issues. Chris in the store was very knowledgeable and helpfully steered us in the right direction. Baz and John that fitted the stove were awesome, they could not have been more helpful. Very tidy and we had a good crack, (didn’t we John?) would recommend these guys to anyone that is thinking of getting a fire from them. Great experience start to finish and it is not often we can say that nowadays. Thank you delighted customers
