Absolutely awful customer service - when I called to ask if I could have a metal garden ornament I’d bought from there repaired (a large feather that didn’t last 6 months) I was told it was my fault for leaving it out in the garden (!) and “didn’t I have any common sense” before the owner slammed the phone down on me. I wasn’t even asking for a refund - just advice on a repair. I have bought a number of items from here in the past but now won’t go near the place after such a rude experience.
