What a lovely company to do business with. Despite the lengthy waiting list, which I was prepared for having had a good chat with them, they managed to squeeze me in and deliver a cracking little shed to my specification. Each query was met with a helpful and timely response, I was even invited to see the build in progress. The lads that did the fitting were polite and courteous and very pleasant. You could not wish to deal with a more professional caring company like Yorkshire Shed Company. We had already had a custom made garden shed from YSC which was, admittedly pre-pandemic, manufactured and installed within a very short space of time. It was simply natural that we would return to YSC when we decided to replace our ageing summerhouse. We decided on the basis of the design from their immaculate website and then asked for it to be made to a custom size. We were by then deep into the pandemic and my own health had suffered a setback and as result of that, there were so many things related to getting a new summerhouse that I simply could no longer manage to do myself. I'll not go into that too deeply other than to say we received the highest level of customer care I have even known, from anyone in the commercial world, and at no point did they not keep us informed of delays in their supply chain which were clearly outside of their control. Other factors meant there was a lot more to our 'job' than met the eye and they just simply took those factors into consideration and provided working solutions. They are are superb group of people to deal with, courteous with a fantastic work ethic and above all, honest in all aspects of their operations. As to the workmanship and the product, it is simply awesome and has proven a really worthwhile addition to our home. I will add that they only supply quality items at what i feel are fair prices and sure, there are other suppliers and a burgeoning online market but if it is quality you want, just look no further.
