People don't understand what working in these places are like and what you have to deal with for a main city post office it is handled well by staff and is of course very busy but with some patience they do get the customers down. I have found the self service useful for more than just being able to buy a stamp. This job isn't as easy as what it looks to everyone please just be patient and less nasty while waiting in the que

Long lines of people usually no more than 2 people serving, waiting forever to serve a line of people as far as the entrance, then their was a man recording the long line and 2 young women berate the guy for recording it, so he can make a complaint accusing him of been a child polester even though that was not the case, a mother abandoned her kids so she could get sweets at B and M, who was really in the wrong.
