THIEVES!!! I had a life changing injury, so I had to stop working and claim benefits. Put an injury claim against the place where I injured myself and won. The dwp has taken the vast majority of the compensation I received. They told me I could appeal. I phoned them to appeal, and they said that they had no idea what I was talking about. I got the police involved, and it's miraculously back appeared on the system. I've been trying to contact them about my appeal for well over 2 hours this morning. I'm kept getting passed through to a different department and getting cut off. I very strongly suspect someone has tried keeping all that money that was taken off me and is trying to cover it up. I had a very serious spinal injury and had to learn how to walk again, and I still need walking aids. This is the person who they've robbed.
