Ordered an amethyst bracelet and the stones were significantly lighter in colour than the ones displayed in the picture of the product on their website. Typically lighter coloured amethyst is worth a lot less so I feel mislead. Aside from this, everything was excellent.

Ordered a Whitby Jet heart-shaped pendant with chain. Experienced quite some hassle with German customs, the parcel was send back to the company due to some regulations. Over all the process took almost a month. But support from the company's customer service was all the time very helpful, responsive and dedicated. I was very happy with the item when I finally got it. Can highly recommend Yorkshire Jewellery Company.
