We recently bought a hot tub from Yorkshire Hot Tubs and from the first visit to their showroom to the delivery and set up, the service was exemplary. They explained their hot tubs without any sales or pushiness, that genuinely allowed us to make the best decision for ourselves. The explanation of the set up once it was in place and the fact we can call them for assistance at any time was reassuring. I can't recommend them enough!

We recently moved into a new house with a hot tub already there so spoke to Vicki and she couldn’t have been more helpful in arranging for Steve to come out and service the tub and get it all up and running. She made sure we had chemicals and an information sheet of maintenance. No hard sales to buy a brand new tub from them but Steve was so good when he came to service the tub that we have signed up to a yearly service contract. Thanks guys

The service was brilliant - Sam, Melissa and Nick were great at keeping us informed during the various COVID related delays, and then install was quick and faultless. But what has been most impressive is the after sales care - nothing is too much trouble and the team is responsive and always happy to help. A business with a great product but an even greater customer service. Highly recommended!

Purchased my first hot tub from Yorkshire hot tubs. Was worried as there wasn’t easy access to the garden and they had to bring it in over a wall. Didn’t need to worry though they completed the installation with ease - I am so happy with my purchase, the staff are great, so friendly and don’t mind me asking questions. So glad I choose this company, would definitely recommend them
