The boat turned up on Castleford Cut around 8.30pm. It made a lot of noise actually mooring up. The really noisy engine continued to run until well past 11pm. People have to get up for work around here, if you want to make this much noise, stay in Leeds. FYI Canals and Rivers trust state engines and generators must not be run after 8pm.

Appalling communication. I booked a trip for a Medical School Reunion in July 2020 which obviously could not happen. I emailed Jenna on 28.5.21 to rebook it for 14.7.21. She agreed to do this but said it would be dearer. I agreed to that. Since then I have been trying to contact her by email, letter and phone. All unanswered and she still has my £100 deposit. I want to book again for 13.7.22 but cannot get hold of anyone although I have seen the boat moored with all tables laid for an event.

Last night was one of the best nights I've ever experienced. Are hen party was a night to remember. Staff both boat and bar were fantastic could not have asked for a nicer crew. Would just like to say thank you so much. It was beyond are expectations. Would highly recommend yorkshire hire crusies. Thank again for a great time. Xx
