We discovered Yorkshire girl who bakes on Facebook. We have two people in the house who are gluten free and fed up with buying dry cakes at the shops. The local food festival have only one gluten free stand and it is frustrating. Not since we found Yorkshire girl who bakes. We have had the Easter treats and the coronation half and half box. They were amazing! One of my children who isn’t gluten free (and a very fuzzy eater) has declared them to be the best cakes ever and that “she should be a professional baker!” He also got quite angry that I ate the last one 😂 They cakes are moist and keep well in the fridge. We will definitely be ordering again!
