    I booked a 60 min experience as a Christmas gift for my grandad. I sent numerous emails to try and get it booked but all I got was I’m on holiday contact this number, which I did and got no response I’ve sent emails the past 2 months and got nothing back and nobody answers the phone! Now the voucher has expired due to getting no response whatsoever! And I’ve lost the money. Avoid this company! Shocking.

    My partner booked a flight for me through Travel Zoo. I had to cancel due to Covid. When I tried to re- book, they never answered my SEVERAL emails or my message on their website and getting through on the phone is nigh impossible. Even Travel Zoo had difficulty getting a response. Saying they are busy doesn't cut it. Your potential customers are busy too. NOT RECOMMENDED
