Excellent from start to finish. We wanted to replace an existing nasty cheap stove which had been installed poorly by a previous owner. Johnny undertook the on-site survey, and a Woodwarm Firegem stove, chimney liner and fireplace was subsequently installed in under two days by Jordan and Martin. Friendly, efficient, clean and tidy, we are pleased and very happy with the outcome. Would fully recommend.

From the very beginning we knew we were in professional, safe hands with Yorkshire Fireplaces, who we chose to visit as a result of their 5* reviews following a recommendation from neighbours. On our first visit to the shop, Sara was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about our desire to swap our open fire to a multi-fuel stove. Jonny’s subsequent home visit locked down the details, and we were more than happy to place our order. Jordan and Martin made a great team when bashing out the fireplace (lots of rubble and dust!) and fitting the new multi-fuel stove, during which time they were both friendly and courteous and a pleasure to have around. Once fitted, Jordan spent quite some time explaining everything we needed to know in terms of using and taking good care of our new stove going forward. We are extremely happy with the service provided by Yorkshire Fireplaces and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, professional family company who are clearly experts in their field.
