Unfortunately very disappointed. I was gifted an experience package for archery. Booked in Aug and found the gates locked and closed, despite booking in advance. Rang the number and told to rebook due to covid. (Which I understand) So I rebooked and they cancelled straight away say they do not accept the vouchers anymore with no apology and told to get a refund from the voucher company.
