I dealt with Steph at the beginning of the year with my boy. She was so professional and understanding having gone through this herself. She was very patient with me and even suggested I have some jewellery made with my boys hair. Steph a Vicky took great care of my old boy. He couldn't have gonetoz better place. The gasket was beautiful I was expecting a cheap box but it was solid good quality. Worth every penny. I would always recommend them. Fantastic service all round.
