Ridiculous lady served me today. Old, grumpy, with glasses quite short. Didn’t wear a name badge so don’t know her name, but I I would know I would definitely consider her appearance at work. It took me 15 minutes to send international letter because of her poor customer service. Tried to pay with 2 different cards, payment didn’t go trough. She said that there isn’t enough money to pay for postage (£3.20). I said that I think that card machine is not working then she said it was perfectly working, which definitely was a lie. Fuming, as I had to borrow a money from lady waiting in a que to pay for my postage and then go for a cash to my car which was miles away to return it. Unbelievable!!
