I used Yorkshire Clearances for an office clearance at my place of work in February this year. Ben was super helpful on the phone and fitted me in at very short notice. The service was brilliant and the gent who was onsite for the task made it all seem like no hassle or trouble at all. It took a lot of the stress out of hiring a skip, and transporting things alone. They were also very fairly priced, again considering the hassle and cost of a skip. Great alternative and will be using again should the need arise.

Very impressive work. My parents house had 50+ years of stuff accumulated everywhere including in a large loft, garage and sheds which all needed clearing out before putting the house on the market. Ben, Keith and his team did an amazing job to clear the entire house, I didn’t recognise some of the rooms once they had been cleared! Also left all the rooms looking clean and tidy. I would never have managed to achieve clearing all that in such a short time and it completely removed the stress from me. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

It was with apprehension that I placed a call into Yorkshire Clearances. I have been in the waste industry myself for some time . My apprehension was misplaced. This company were fantastic. They did a full house clearance, and even hoovered the carpet , and mopped the kitchen floor . I could not remember ever getting such great service. Licenced waste carriers not your lump and dump cowboys.

Keith and his two pals actually got there ahead of me and were working hard on an external pile I’d created. It had been a toss-up between using Y.C. or two 16yd skips and loading them myself. How glad I was, when after six non-stop hours of graft, they had filled two Luton vans to the ceiling and I realised that I should have needed a THIRD skip. They flattened three old wardrobes, emptied thirty years of junk from the crammed garage and kept a smile on their faces,explaining the business while they worked. In the end, I realised what a task I had saved myself by getting them in. They worked out cheaper than a third skip, by around £100.00, AND they had done all that graft in six hours, which would have taken me three days and shortened my life by ten years. Definitely ‘false economy’ looking elsewhere. Cheers lads!
