Hello, I have found to be lovely every time I have visited them. I find that the improvements that they are making to be useful ideas and that makes me happy to visit them. The only issue that I would raise is the bathroom, this needs to be bigger as you have to queue up at busy times. But in general a good visit.

We have a 1975 caravan to which we have a vintage awning. We assumed that there were pieces of the frame missing that would need replacing due to lack of knowledge on our part. Brought the frame here and the service we received was first class. The expertise the gentleman had was second to none, it definitely showed that he had been in the business for 35 years. Gave us great advice and sorted us a couple of bits out that we were missing. Great experience, highly recommended.

Just spoke to a very abrupt, unhelpful, rude female at Yorksire Caravans to chase a new tap for our £40k Coachman caravan. After no reply from Yorkshire Caravans to an email, I was fobbed off by the rude female telling me to ring back again on Monday. We have been without water in our new caravan for 4 weeks now. After service is pretty poor at Yorkshire Caravans. Really helpful when selling Caravans, accessories or awnings but extremely prolematic trying to get them to deal with after sales issues. Not what I expect after spending so much money on a brand new caravan.
