Kelly is very patient with both myself and Denver . He has a lot of issues as a rescue dog and is reluctant at times. She is extremely knowledgable and nothing seems to phase her. Her manner is so accommodating with Denver. I feel very comfortable and confident in her ability . She has taught me a lot about Denver’s injury and how to do exercises at home between our appointments. I cannot recommend Kelly enough . If we need more therapy in the future for Denver , Kelly will be my first port of call.

My dog Rufus has been seeing Kelly twice a month now since October for his hip displaysia and we have seen such an incredible improvement. Kelly is ever so patient with Rufus and he absolutely loves seeing her when she comes to visit him. He reacts well to all of the physio activities she suggests and I feel I am able to message her with any concerns where we need to adapt his treatment plan. He is a different dog already since seeing her 💓

I would highly recommend Kelly. Our dog milo was diagnosed with hip dysplasia. The vet recommended physio and hydrotherapy. Kelly came to meet milo. He liked her straight away. Kelly visited a couple more times given advice over the phone and recommended us to Helen for hydrotherapy. Fantastic service from both. Milo has improved that much that surgery has been postponed.

Kelly was amazingly patient with Speed our GSD. She worked tirelessly with him to improve his stability. She picked up that it could be his waterworks and advised us to seek veterinary help. Kelly was spot on but unfortunately we lost him a few weeks later

I spoke to Kelly regarding my 4 year old GSD. he had a history of sitting down when out on walks and not being able to complete the shortest of walks by the end. Obviously he was losing muscle tone and so we thought a hydro session or 2 may help in this department. We had seen 3 ‘specialists veterinary teams’ before contacting Yorkshire Canine Therapy. To try and discover why my 18 month old dog at the time couldn’t finish his walks. One in Derby one in Wakefield and then we sent all our paperwork down for a 3rd opinion at a very well known one on tv. Between them have spent £6500. They all agreed Exercise induced collapse. This is what they diagnose when they cant find anything else. So I sent all our paperwork and videos through to Kelly as requested as she didn’t want a liability in her pool (fair point) lol She watched the same videos as all the ‘specialist teams did ‘ First question… where’s the X-ray of his hips… there isn’t one She sent me back to the vets to get an X-ray and low and behold my dog has hip dysplasia with marked arthritis in both his hips. She knew this from watching a video!!! She hasn’t seen Clifford in the flesh!! We have just had his 2nd hip replaced 4 weeks ago and we are now in the recovery phase. We never made it in to her pool or even onto her premises but she solved the riddle of the dog which 3 teams failed to do in the 18 months they were looking. Im so grateful for all her help and I’m sure my boy is as well (as soon as he gets over being stuck in his cage for 12 weeks of recovery anyway ) Thank you for all your help. xxx

Kelly has been assisting our 7 year old Pug with a physio rehabilitation plan following complex spinal surgery. I highly recommend the services and support from Kelly, over the last few weeks, we have been given a clear home physio plan for our dog, with weekly maintenance and support sessions, along with weekly tweaks on the physio plan to assist with rehabilitation. We have noticed incredible results over the 4-5 weeks, our dogs posture is better and he has the same energy levels back before he suffered with spinal problems, all thanks to Kelly’s diligence and support. We plan to incorporate further hydrotherapy sessions into our dogs plan to give the best chance of a complete recovery. It’s hard to find good service these days, and it’s always a worry placing the care and responsibility of your four legged friends with people you don’t know, Kelly has put all that to ease and clearly takes pride in her work and follow ups. Thank you so much for all the help so far.

After 3 operations on her hind leg, my staffy Cross needed some extra special support. Kelly gave us specific exercises to encourage the use of the leg and build up the muscle that had been lost. Senya, my canine, loves Kelly and literally bowls her over when she arrives. The difference that the physiotherapy has made is amazing and Kelly has been wonderful in her teaching of the exercises, explaining and demonstrating them many times to a human who 'doesn't always get it.'
