Highly recommend! I've been taking my dog for 'fun & fitness' since the centre opened to ensure she ages as healthily as possible! Both she and my other dog (who comes along to cheerlead) adore Helen who is kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable x

Amazing! My 2 year old Golden Retriever partially sore his cruciate ligament. He struggled to put weight on it and was only able to walk on a short lead. The surgeons I saw recommended hydrotherapy as a non-intrusive option to avoid surgery. Helen at Yorkshire Canine Hydrotherapy was amazing! We started treatment in December 2021, it’s now 8 months later and my dog is back to full health. I will still return for monthly sessions just to ensure that my dog is still ok. I trust Helen and her fountain of knowledge, she also helped with some massage advice which again just added to the amazing experience. I’m so grateful for the treatment and highly recommend!!! THANK YOU!

Pepper, our 4 year old Labrador, has had surgery on both his elbows over the course of the last year and hydrotherapy has been a key part of his rehabilitation after each operation. He adores his hydrotherapy sessions with Helen and can't wait to get started each week. The care and professionalism of the team is everything you could ask for. And Pepper says Helen provides great treats too!

I highly recommend YCTC, the care and attention to detail is spot on. Helen shows love, and patience with all our dogs. The advice and support she offers is immense. Helen also explains everything she does and why. It's the highlight of all our week! They all benefit so much in their visits. We feel very lucky to be able to give our dogs the best care, thanks to you.

From the very first phone calls Helen and Kelly were so friendly and really helpful with all the questions I had about hydrotherapy. This is a really well managed, great set up and I am so happy to have found them. My dog Bruce loves coming and gets so much love and attention every time. He enjoys coming and that is really important to me. I am seeing improvements in his muscles and each session he improves on the treadmill. Bruce took to the tank and treadmill like a duck to water and really loves the attention and treats he gets inside. I watch from outside and can see he really enjoys his time. Bruce came to hydrotherapy to help him with his weight and arthritis as he is getting older. I am pleased to say it is helping wonders. Thank you.

From the 1st contact with Kelly to meeting Helen the hydrotherapist I couldn't ask for better. Both are extremely friendly, chatty, informative, listen to the owners about their dogs little quirks, or in our case problematic behaviour! and it's all no issue at all, taking everything at the dogs pace. I would highly recommend that you bring your dogs here and be safe in the knowledge that they are well looked after.

Where do I start?? I cannot praise Yorkshire canine therapy centre highly enough. From first enquiry to first appointment it was smooth and easy to arrange. I messaged the girls through Facebook after my girl Belle had had an operation to remove an abscess on her back which left her weak on the back end. She also had been diagnosed as having arthritis too. They took all our details and contacted the vets on our behalf for referral. The assessment appointment was so thorough including taking her measurements, weight etc, which was followed by a session on the underwater treadmill ( Belle was a natural lol). A usual session consists of the dog thinking they are just having fun in the water, but they are really working hard. It helps that Belle just loves the water and a tennis ball, so it’s win win for her. When we are taking Belle, if we tell her where we are going she talks all the way there, and pulls like a horse to get down to the centre, she just loves it that much. She would work on hydro all day if she could. Helen and Kelly really work hard with all the dogs and you can tell it’s passion with them, which transfers to the dogs.
