Had a mortgage with them for 16 years without any arrears! We upgraded into a 4 bedroom house and apply again with them. They treat us like a fraud and embarassd us over the phone! I've never seen such horrible people in my life! If you want to see one, go to Yorkshire building society!!! Managed to secure mortgage with with HSBC easily within a day!!
