A huge thanks to the fabulous teams that visited my 89 year old mum this weekend. On both occasions the response time was very quick. Firstly to Steven and Charlotte who attended the evening of Saturday 29 May. My mum was full of praise for your kindness and reassurance. Thank you to Steven for contacting me with a comprehensive update; living 100 miles away, I was so grateful for that. Martin and Charlotte visited on the afternoon of 30 May and I had the pleasure of meeting them. Their compassion, care, communication and attention to detail was exemplary (and patience whilst listening to my mum's life story!!). Thank you so much, you do an amazing job.

A marvellous response from Neil and Robert Paramedics who were called out by mums GP Practice and discovered mum simply had a chest infection and didn't need to go to A&E. So relieved she was not left queuing at A&E when this was not required as she is 89. Many thanks for your diligence and experience.

I sustained a fractured wrist which will Need surgery in the very near future. Please thank them on my behalf. I

Expect no help and zero empathy from Yas if you are a lorry driver, unable to breathe, miles away from home and with a foreign accent. I care little for their nicely choreographed website and five stars reviews as, their service, in my case, was an insult to the Hippocratic oath and a shining example that : " some animals are more equal than others" .
