Not that great, staff are rude and the whole thing was a bit pretentious. My wife ordered the Kedgeree and as was advertised with Prawns and Peas. Came with neither and was wasn’t even a Kedgeree was just a bit of rice with haddock, egg and a sprinkling of curry powder. I had the rarebit. I mean that was my own fault was expecting more than 1 slice of cheese on toast for £13 but can’t argue with price just because it was what it says on the menu. And the chips with Wensleydale, oregano and truffle which had a sprinkle of cheese, that look like what was left in the bottom on the packet. When your spending £40 on lunch and everything is sub par when we went to Saltburn in the seaview restaurant which is in the good eat guide the day before and got starter, mains and 4 drinks for £60 and the food was far better quality
