Tried to eat here today. I was told they couldn’t give us a table till 12 even though there were tables available, even when I asked if we could just sit and wait because my 88year old mum couldn’t walk far. Quite rude. I’ve eaten at the other Yorks lots of times and always found the food and staff excellent so this was really disappointing.

The only reason I went to visit this place was because of the reviews. I went in, asked for the menu and the lady behind the till told me ‘we close in 1 hours time’ without having any clue what I wanted (which was a takeaway btw). I definitely didn’t feel welcomed at all and went somewhere else.
