They ignore patient requests. Self referred myself and put my preffered method of contact as email. And they initated contact by phone, twice. First time fair enough may have been an oversight. But to specifically ignore an email that states you can't speak on the phone unless they give you a specific contact time so you can have access to your phone at work? Seems a little ridiculous. As they can't follow that basic request I dread to think how they would deal with me if I was actually recieving support from them. Really put me off engaging with support when I need it.

Happy to give you a diagnosis and then leave you in the lurch, I was diagnosed with BPD 7 years ago and I'm still fighting and begging the system to help me, and all I get is ignored told to go here and told to go there and still nothing, ive researched on my own what I need and its something called dialectical behavior therapy, was never offered it, started asking for it, but nobody seems to know what it is? Huh? Are any of the staff here even trained? Other than to ask me about my day which is never going to change without help?
