So I arrived with my 81 year old mum with health issues and my 2 year old grandson. Staff on reception were extremely kind and helpful. As were staff in the cafe which was not expensive. Crew dotted around were also extremely helpful. Making a wonderful day out for us stress free. Customer service awards deserved
