Great service from start to finish from Chris and the team. From the initial visit where Chris provided an easy-to-understand description of what would be done and the length of time it would take and was able to explain things simply but professionally. Chris then provided a detailed quotation (which should be normal but in my experience is not). After the job started Chris was always up front with the progress and any niggles that were popping up and was dealing with everything with great ease. All the team were professional and went above and beyond. Nobody likes having tradesmen around, but they are a great bunch and were no trouble which was a great relief. The main roof was the best part of seventy years old and now I comfortable that the new version will easily outlive me and I'm sure will look good for at least another seventy years and is now something that I do not have to think about. I would have no problem in recommending Ringway Roof Repairs to anybody looking to have a professional job done. Many Thanks Chris and the whole team for a job well done. In January Ringway Roof Repairs replaced the entire roof including the roofs of four dormers on my father in law's house. The entire job from the initial quotation to the completion of the work was undertaken in the most professional and attentive manner. Chris Whitehead was always available to answer queries and to provide information. Arranged a quote, and agreed an installation date. Ringway cancelled on us last minute. Told them it needed to be done before a certain date, they agreed, then cancelled on us last minute for a second time. Threw the entire project out of timescale. Asked them for a callback with the manager, who never got back in touch. Awful service and no respect for the customer. Avoid them at all costs. Service: Skylight installation
