Terrible customer service. The reception staff are very unprofessional and rude. Please don’t choose this practice. They also issue fines to people out of thin air and called it “policy”. I was issued a fine even though I cancelled my apportionment within the correct “time frame” and was not made aware of any fines until a week when I called them to rebook my appointment . The person on the reception could have simply explained these so called “policies” when taking patients on board. Bullocks.
