In addition to rent and security deposit, we may charge a non-refundable application fee and a pet fee (if applicable). We do not charge any hidden fees, and all fees are clearly outlined in the lease agreement.How is maintenance handled and how quickly are requests addressed?
We take maintenance requests very seriously and strive to address them as quickly as possible. Tenants can submit maintenance requests online or by phone, and we have a dedicated team that responds promptly to all requests. Emergency requests are addressed immediately, and non-emergency requests are typically resolved within 24-48 hours.What is the policy on renewing leases and rent increases?
We offer our tenants the option to renew their lease at the end of their term, subject to our approval. Rent increases may be implemented at the time of renewal or as outlined in the lease agreement. The Feversham is a stylish contemporary apartment in an amazing location overlooking the Castle walls only a few minutes walk to the heart of York. Beautifully decorated, well equipped and very comfortable, I wish I'd been there longer. Free secure parking is definite bonus. Highly recommended.

We really do not know where to begin! Firstly 10 The Cloisters was the perfect place to stay. Secure parking and a lovely well equipped apartment all added to the birthday weekend we were celebrating during first visit to York. The location was excellent- only a short walk to the historic centre of York so no need to use the car. Secondly a BIG thank you to Melanie and David who made sure we had everything we wanted. We would especially like to thank them for all their help in sending the suit carrier (containing our clothes) we left hanging in the wardrobe safely back to our home - nothing was too much trouble. We would strongly recommend staying at The Cloisters and will certainly be returning there on our next visit to York.

We found the apartment a fantastic base from which to explore York. It’s just a short walk to the town centre and while it is close to the local shops the location was peaceful and quiet - we found it lovely and relaxing. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The owners are extremely helpful and friendly, it was a pleasure dealing with them. We visit York often, so it’s fabulous to have found such a great place to stay.

We have been visiting York now for over 30-years travelling down from Scotland and we found our stay at 10 Cloisters Walk has been one of the best, we will definitely try and stay here again. The apartment is very well kept, very comfortable, extremely clean with everything a couple could need. The car parking facilities are ideal and the actual location of the apartment could not be better. We found it nice and quiet yet The Minster is only a ten minute walk away. Melanie and David are perfect hosts, even though we didn't actually meet them, there was no need. They still communicated very well to make sure our check-in went smoothly and that we had everything we needed. We attended The Theatre Royal and can also strongly recommend a visit to Bettys Tearoom and the Ivy restaurant.

Cloisters really is a great place to stay when visiting York. We have stayed at Cloisters many times. The location is close to City Centre but is very quiet. Great secure parking is a real bonus. A supermarket is only 200 yards away so no need to bring anything with you. The apartment is really nice, with everything you need and more. A lovely garden with a covered in area is available to guests. There really are no downsides to a stay at Cloisters and the owners are very helpfull and friendly. Five stars !

Thank you for a fantastic stay in this gem of an apartment! You couldn’t do enough to make our stay more comfortable. The apartment is spotlessly clean with great facilities and an eye for detail and care. The location is ideal in the centre of town close to attractions, shops and cafes and has the added bonus of being quiet and peaceful. We will return and will recommend to all of our friends.

We stayed at 21 Monkgate Cloisters. Great accomodation, clean and quiet. Lovely area secure parking all within a stones throw of the minster itself. Would highly reccomend.
