I can't tell you how wonderful this steak was. It arrived quickly and well packaged, very generous sizes and lovely cuts of meat. You will NOT be disappointed, wherever you are in the UK - go for it. We definitely will not be going back to meat from the supermarkets, we have been totally spoiled by Taste Tradition. Thank you so much! (wish I had photos but in all honesty, we just got stuck in!).

I have used Taste Tradition for the past 7 years as a buyer for a number of butchers shops in London and as soon as I started my own venture they were the first people I called. Run by passionate and knowledgable team of farmers and butchers who are willing to go above and beyond to help you out. True consistency is a very hard thing to achieve when dealing with Mother Nature and the multitude of variables in meat production but I can safely say Taste Tradition are consistently excellent and what is almost more important to me is that they truly care about the welfare and correct husbandry of their animals.

I visited TASTE TRADITION before Christmas and brought back to France a sizeable selection of chilled sausages, bacon and lamb joints. Over the holidays, I treated my local neighbours to the lamb and gave presents of bacon and sausages. They are keen to have ‘full english’ for their breakfast when they can and are grudgingly complimentary of English bacon and sausages, they admit that the french equivalent are just not up to scratch. This was the first time they had produce from T.T. It went down really well! They empathised with the idea that the produce was locally reared and processed, something very close to their rural culture here. Well Done T.T. I forgot to add that my nearest neighbour is a french farmer who has raised and had slaughtered and butchered his own limousin cattle. He knows good meat when he tastes it!

used them a few times and very hit and miss, when the meat is good its great but seems very inconsistent in quality, very gutting when you paying premium price and what you end up with is worse than buying in a bad supermarket, last lot of pork for curing as bacon went straight in the bin after spending a week curing and slicing it up!, was like chewing rubber, wont be using them again
