    Dr Tunstall was so so good with my little baby who was suffering with an eczema-type rash. The prescribed creams have worked a treat (as you'd expect) but it was the quality of care we received that I was so impressed with. Dr Tunstall immediately offered to carry our car seat & changing bag on fetching us from the waiting room, and when my baby was quite upset after being examined (sore, itchy skin) he fetched the toy attached to our car seat and played with it to entertain him and calm him down. An excellent GP and a real asset to the practice! Thank you very much.

    I had the same problem again and again, I asked them several time to send me to a specialist, just to get the answer it's not needed. Finally one of them felt bad for me and gave me a referral for a rutin appointment, which should be due like the end of next year. Well I went for a private practice to find out I need operation as I have a large cist. Good job here.

    If you need to see a Doctor, wait until this place is closed for the day then ring 111 and get an appt at the GP out of hours at the hospital. YMG don't do adequate checks when you are ill, they will play down your symptoms to get you out of the door. Not worth wasting your time with.

    Rude reception staff. Waited nearly 3 weeks for someone to call me after filling out the klinik form online to then be told I need to fill out another form because they allegedly tried to call me twice. I don't know what number they tried, but it definitely wasn't mine!

    If they decide you can have an appointment then you might get one 5 weeks later. But only if they decide you need one. Nothing about this practice makes you feel confident you’re in safe hands. What you do feel is that they wish you would stop bothering them.
