I hired a day boat today for the second time and just as previously, I was on board within ten minutes of arrival. The induction was carried out by Mark who is friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. The boat was clean, fuelled, shining in the sunshine and ready to go. This is a very, very well run business and a fantastic local amenity.

Lovely place and view. We had Sunday lunch , and the food was bland, disappointed for the price it costs. Reception staff nice, but waitress was not up to scratch, especially when we said food was bland. I said I was having a coffee and just ignored had to ask another waitress for hot drinks.

We had a wonderful stay at York Marina. Waking up each morning to a view of the river was magical. The facilities are really good and it was great to have the option to eat in the Waterfront restaurant. The Designer outlet centre was an easy walk away and the taxi boat into York was something we definitely do again.
