Used this company for basic gardening services for a few months now. They've dug up plants thinking they were weeds and we recently noticed that where they've done the grass edges they're taking a bit extra off each time leaving a wavy edge and less grass than we started with. We rang the office to make them aware and the lady there was very abrupt. Asked for photos and then told us that someone had been to look but 'they didn't look as bad as they do in the photos'. Having said we would like the borders repaired or another solution, she got really snotty and told us to take our business elsewhere. Definitely wouldn't use this company or recommend them to anyone!!! Shocking service, worse customer service
