I went to the Christmas market and bought some items from the stall run by this florist. Unfortunately when i came to wrap up one of the items - Christmas novelty it was broken. I spoke to the owner Simon on his live chat and he offered me a replacement after his Christmas break. Unfortunately they had sold out of the item and a full refund was given no questions asked. I wished I lived nearer to York as I would use this florist everytime. We are quick to criticise bad service but the excellent service delivered here needs to be recognised and all my other items I purchased were spot on. Thanks for all your help Simon and I hope folk more local find this a useful review and refreshing to know they are still some good honest businesses out there.
