My Brother was having issues with a tow bar that he fitted himself, the wire work wasn't communicating. We was advised it might need programming by the supplier who was miles away in Manchester. Call these guys who fitted us in straight away. looked at everything and they couldn't fix it but said everything we had done was correct and they tried to program which it seemed to them that wasn't the issue. anyway we came back and looked more into it after guidance from them... as it turned out we had made a mistake and missed a plug at back of fuse box, which they suggested.. so they help fix it by advise,,, they didn't have to give.. Tow bar now works and more importantly Caravan gone from my drive... which was a result for me.. The staff were helpful and tried there best to fix.. charged us very very little and didn't turn us away... in a hour of need, as i was desperate to get the caravan moved.. so a big thank you... I know they will be the first I call when I want a tow bar fitting or a trailer making... so good work guys .. I was very grateful and you have another job coming your way very soon well two as i need a tow bar and a trailer... :-) Merry Christmas

The Yorkshire man
I have recently had a detachable tow bar fitted to my Kuga, this is the fourth time I have used them and yet again what a fantastic job they have done. Looking at the car you can't even tell it has been worked on, everything neatly out of the way no cut outs to the rear bumper. I was shown how it all locks in and where the electric socket is hidden. Already tried out on the van and all works fine. Thanks to Tow bar services, would highly recommend.

They did a really good job on my car, (I had a fixed Swan neck towbar fitted). The 2 guys who run the business help all they can and offer sound advice on options etc. I've heard from other customers that any aftersales services are good. It may be a bit tricky to find but well worth it.
