Where to begin! In December last year I went to browse the fireplaces at York Fireplaces. On entry I was Not pounced on by a salesman. Instead I leisurely looked around and then when I was ready sought out salesman ( Muhammad) He couldn't have been more helpful. After choosing the fireplace I loved I felt a bit disappointed because it was a bit to wide for my wall. What did Muhammad say 'no worries we can make it smaller for you' JOY. We then spent quite some time going through all my requirements. No rush no pressure. Go away and think.didnt need to do that. I knew once we had talked it through thoroughly, that was the fireplace for me, including a beautiful brass electric fire insert. I cannot recommend York Fireplaces highly enough. Nothing was to much trouble. Muhammad is a lovely genuine young man. Polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. He also recommended a fitter, who was also very good at his job. I'm so very pleased with all the service I've had. WELL DONE YORK FIREPLACES. OH and you would go a long way to find better price THANK YOU. 😀😀

We had two fires supplied and fitted from this company and their service has been excellent. We had a double sided tunnel fire fitted and it looks stunning in our open plan living area. The guys in the shop were helpful and provided a fitter for the fires. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Bought a fireplace a few years ago and had a brilliant experience with Mohammed. Friendly and professional, happy to let us browse and ask questions at our own pace and when we were ready to discuss in more detail he knew everything about their stock off hand. Fast forward a few years and I needed replacement parts after a DIY mishap and was struggling to find them. I emailed York Fires and Mohammed replied quickly with the retailer who sells the fires and their contact details, along with the company (and contact details) of the retailer's spares company. a couple of calls later and my parts were in the post. I wanted to leave a review to say than you for the outstanding customer service; with no sale on the line Mohammed still went out of his way to be helpful. If anyone ever mentions needing a new fire of any kind, I know who I'll be recommending.
