We used York Estates to market and sell a number of our properties in the Marylebone area. One has exchanged and completed, another has just exchanged, and yet another is in progress. I found Julia, Christobel and her team excellent to work with. They came with fair valuations and great advice, and were extremely proactive pushing through all parties through the whole process. I would recommend working with an experienced boutique firm like them rather than a high street chain, any day of the week.

They go the extra mile in assisting in all kinds of ways, so much so that even when I am away on holiday they deal with arrangements of checkout/ins and issues arising.
