Was booking 50ft assault course Pete was extremely rude throughout the progress also asked for half the amount of my order (70) which was non refundable I was willing to pay deposit for of 40 pound which would cover cost of the delivery he agreed but said I had to pay full a week before the event which I was going to do 140 pound (including the delivery) which is alot when I don't know if he will actually turn up so I asked if I could pay the rest in person like any other company would do he just cancelled my order!!! Definitely wouldn't recommend to anybody

Booked way in advance making it clear that we required the bouncy castle overnight. Got an email back advising of £25 delivery charge. Agreed to that, but then when I confirmed the booking a few days in advance, was told there was an extra £30 overnight charge or it would be collected at 6pm (our event starts at 4pm). So, in total the cost would be £105 for a bouncy castle for two hours. It was advertised at £60 + free local delivery. We live 7 miles from the business address. I'd say that's pretty local but they still wanted to charge extras. There's plenty of cheaper local firms that won't try and rip you off with hidden costs just a few days before your event.
