I desperately emailed Rob after noticing we had mice in the house and panicking as I have two young children. He responded within the hour and made time to see us that day. He did a thorough inspection of outside and identified areas they may be gaining access, then securing to ensure they no longer could. He laid traps and then fogged the house to kill any bacteria. Rob even came back a few days later to re-fog, as he wanted to make sure the kids were safe. He put my mind at ease and was always just a text away.
