Terrible experience. Agent is very rude and unprofessional. No one showed up for the appointment, it was just a phone call. I booked an appointment for the free evaluation, and when it was time, no one turned up and instead it was just a phone call. He told me his evaluation after "looking at the pictures and the street view online". I insisted that the agent should come visit because we've had done some renovations to the house and I also had questions about fees and process etc. A few days later, after getting evaluations from 4 agencies and meeting the agents, we've decided to go for a different estate agency. The Yopa agent called me a few days after as a follow-up, and upon telling him that we've decided to go for a different agency, he said: "I see. Good for you. It's a waste of my time as well. Thanks, bye".

I had the pleasure of dealing with Wayne in the Feltham and Hounslow area. He is a down to Earth and honest gentleman. He valued the house fairly, gave us advice on the surrounding house prices, was kind and open about the current market situation. To Yopa, Wayne is a credit to the company, he's hardworking, follows up with customers and is one of the few genuine people in the business.

My first experience with Yopa Estate Agents was extremely disappointing and leaves me to seriously question the quality of estate agents that represent them. I indicated interest in a property and Sue Pownall arranged a viewing appointment for me on Saturday (29 April 2023) at 14:00. The day before, Sue called to confirm my attendance - I told her I would check with my partner after work and get back to her. Throughout the workday, Sue left me 11 missed calls which was annoying and disruptive. In the evening, I messaged Sue to confirm the appointment. On the viewing day, I called Sue at 13:55 just to check if the appointment would proceed as I did not receive any acknowledgement to my message confirming the appointment. She told me that she was at the property and would be able to let us view the property. I informed her that we would be 10-15 min late as we had just reached the station, and she said that was fine and she would wait for us at the property. When we reached the property at 14:15, we rang the buzzer only to be informed by the tenant that Sue had left and we would not be able to view the property as she felt uncomfortable letting us in without Sue. I was shocked, as Sue had misled us and did not give us any heads-up that she would be leaving when we were on the phone just 20 min ago, letting us make the long trek from the station to the property for nothing. We tried to call Sue to see if she was nearby, but it seems she had blocked our phone numbers. I never received any follow-up message or email from Sue again. I hope not all estate agents at Yopa are as unprofessional and inconsiderate as Sue but unfortunately it would take a lot for me to be able to trust Yopa or use their services again.

Just don't! Came to value home, under valued it, put it up for more and got it. After the day of taking photos never saw or heard from the agent again! Yopa also recommended a conveyancing team too which, again was a huge mistake! Go to the high street agent who offer a personal service and support.

Don’t even bother using these guys they cant even be bothered to turn up for a valuation appointment. I booked a valuation today Wednesday the 10th of Aug 2022 for 15:00 and I had to take time off work so that I can assist and help gain access to the property. Despite calling Yopa before my valuation appointment and being told that the valuation is booked and someone should be with me at that time no one turned up. Leaving me to take unnecessary time off work. If they are this bad at the first hurdle I wouldn’t bother dealing with them
