Yopa sold our landlords house. Told lies to get us out. Told the landlords we weren't answering calls or cooperating. I have countless texts and messages proving them wrong. But it was too late. You know what they did? Took the house off the market and said it was due to our refusal to communicate or help. Even though I sent proof of the lies the landlords served notice. Oh yeah, one think I missed it, my wife has stage four cancer and only a few months left. Still made sure we were homeless.

If I could give zero stars I would! Do not use to sell or buy. I have been attempting to buy a property marketed by Yopa for 7 months. The communication is almost non-existent and the agent has been stone-walling me. The only aspect of moving worse than Yopa is their partner company Arrow. If and when I move again, I will not view properties marketed by Yopa or who have any Yopa properties in their chain. The servive is appauling and complete joke. As an update on this, the Yopa and Arrow us hid from us until moving day that CPS had a restriction on the sale of this property. Effectively after waiting exactly to the last day of our buyer's mortgage offer their lack of communication has cost us dear. Arrow (and Yopa) knew about this at least 2 days (possibly up to two weeks) prior to proposing a moving date with all parties 10 days ago so were aware they were attempting to sell a property they could not transfer the title of. We decided to sell anyway due to the offer on our home being above market value and are effectively now homeless with a young child. Yopa and Arrow absolutely failed in their due diligence to check that they could market and sell the property we attempted to buy, have set us back 6 months and cost us up to £20,000 in potential additional interest due to the economic conditions. If you want to be completely f*c#ked over by a estate agent who should lose their license in the UK... Use Yopa.

Absolute shambles it's a scam wish we had read the reviews before hand we have to have another agent alongside this disgusting company who explained nothing when we signed so in a 10 month contract not what was wanted no sale no fee note to self always read the t and c 6 viewings in 3 months to me they don't have to do anything just sit back for 10 months and cash in shouldn't be allowed in a contract estate agentd should only get paid if they sell your house this con should be made aware especially to older generation who haven't sold a house in a long time shocking and disgusted will fight this all the way
