    Great area/neighborhood. A lot of green areas and small family shops, if you fancy that. Also very close to the city center, it takes you 20 minutes to get to the center and you have multiple ways to get there.

She came well prepared with laminated EPC certificate and similar property price history and search results. More importantly she adviced on the improvements I thought of doing and deemed they would not be necessary and won’t have any returns. She walked me through the entire marketing process and the pricing. Jo followed up the same day with my valuation report and suggested conveyancing contacts if I should so require.
