We have just signed up to the Wilidix phone system with Yoozoom. From the outset, the company have been seamless in providing an overview of how Wildix works and how our firm can benefit from a remote system. They swiftly supplied a competitive quote and, once appointed, set about getting the whole thing up and running for us in a matter of a few weeks. We have also just launched a lettings side of the business and they have been instrumental in getting a new lettings phone line installed without fuss. The Yoozoom team have always been very accommodating and have gone over and beyond to ensure their service delivery is the best on the market. In my view they stand out in very competitive market where they provide a service and solution within budget with the backup of great engineering support and customer server. When considering a new phone system we looked at a few different companies but what made us choose YooZoom was that they seemed committed to getting it right for us and hand holding us through everything. For us this was really key after years of battling a system that we had outgrown and spent many hours fire fighting issues with. A new phone system is a big undertaking and Martin Hughes worked tirelessly to get the system set up, with as little disruption as possible and then came back to train staff on how to utilise it and to make sure everything was working smoothly. As a business of 70+ staff this was hugely helpful and minimised downtime. Staff love the new system, as well as being able to work more flexibly using the app but also for our customers to be able to reach the department they need to more efficiently, using auto attendant, is such an add value to the business.
