    Very poor customer service it has taken them 9 days so far to post out my access code and today they told me it could yet be another few days they can tell me over the phone if it does not arrive but only after a set period has past ...but never mind Skipton I am only losing interest on my money WHILE YOU PONTIFICATE AND DITHERED and they could get 5 stars for their car park but only 1 star for customer services you really do need to get your priorities right how can you expect the public to trust you with their hard earned cash when you act in this manner

    Buying my first home and had two Lifetime ISAs with different providers so there was a bit of confusion about withdrawing the one with Skipton , who initially said they couldn't help and I'd have to clarify with HMRC - who obviously are no help whatsoever. Eventually rang Skipton back and spoke to Adnan who was determined to help me and sorted to whole process. Thank you Adnan ! Only 4 stars because the situation could've been rectified by Skipton before I spent 4 hours on the phone to a lifeless HMRC but otherwise good service.
