Ordered flowers from abroad to be delivered nearby their shop to a friend’s house as a surprise. There was difficult in entering the building to deliver but unfortunately their customer service in helping me sort it out was to call the recipient of the flowers rude for not picking up the phone, telling me both my number and her number were incorrect (despite texting with her) and then refunding me instead of trying to work out a solution of delivering another day. Disappointed and saddened since the photos of the flowers looked lovely.
