    I had an amazing experience at Yoke salon with Nina. After some terrible experiences with other hairdressers, I was hesitant to try somewhere new. But after some research, I decided to give Yoke a try and booked a consultation with Nina. I was nervous, but as soon as I arrived, I was put at ease by the friendly atmosphere and warm welcome. Nina was fantastic. She took the time to listen to me and understand what I wanted, and we worked together to come up with a plan. When I came in for my appointment, Nina went over everything with me again and made sure I was comfortable before we got started. I felt really relaxed and like I was in good hands. The end result was even better than I had hoped for. My hair looked amazing, and I felt so much more confident.     You can not fault Yoke, the whole experience from start to finish is perfect. They are simply the lovliest, most talented bunch of humans I've ever had the privilege to meet. Specially Nina, she can add patience of a Saint to her list or attributes. The owners Jo and Steve genuinely care about their team and their clients, they are forward thinking and get into the detail of everything from serving great drinks to ensuring they are doing the right thing by our planet.
