Just been here half hour ago . This is the first time I've tried yogoo Woking and I can say that this is one of the best shop of yogoo. Yogoo never disappoints u. Customer service was excellent the lady was very polite. It's a must visit outlet.

5* to the Nepali girl in the store whom has amazing customer service. As soon as me and ym friend enter she said a huge hello! Which was super welcoming and sweet. However the 4* are for the rude, short, stumpy girl who has 0 customer service skills and is super stingy. Let me tell you, this girl needs training. Thank you to the nicer girl who is the only reason I come back!

Worker in the Woking Store has 0 customer service skills. No hello. No smile. VERY stingy with topping. Im paying 3+ toppings, i serve more then just one scoop of choc sauce. Honestly, why work in retail when you litterally look miserable.
