Today at a meditation session - the heart chakra: I was amazed at how I was supported to connect with this chakra. The tools used included the lotus flower Munda, touching my heart with crossed palms and, a white light to guide the opening and healing of the heart. Coupled with a consistent thrum played in the background music which helped a flow of joy. The experience was warm and wonderful. I was left feeling happy and lighthearted. Meditation is beginning to help me to access areas of my well being and strengthening my spirit. Do try it.
