She is gentle, calm and inspiring, and I always leave her classes feeling relaxed but somehow reinvigorated. She also has the best voice of any yoga teacher I've ever had!

    I've been doing classes, workshops and Chris's weekends for about 3-4 years now. Can't recommend enough. She's a warm, intelligent, thoughtful yoga teacher who has really created her own practice and way of teaching and lots of us are regulars which says a lot. Chris has a more deliberate approach which yields a lot, and she brings in yoga nidra and meditation. And great workshops including jointly with Alexander technique.
