    I've absolutely love Riva's prenatal yoga sessions. Riva creates a warm, non-judgemental and calming environment. Riva is super knowledgeable about yoga and especially prenatal practice which makes me feel comfortable and confident in each class. Riva has superbly adapted each session to suit the needs of the class and found the right level of challenge vs need every time. Riva's classes have really helped me through my second trimester and it is comforting that Riva is a fellow mummy so after class chats have been much appreciated ☺️

    Returned to Riva's yoga class following lock down, having initially found it just before. Rivas classes have a really nice flow making them easy to follow but still allowing you to go at your own pace. Riva offers variations for all the poses so you can easily find one to match your ability or mood for those weeks you feel a little off balanced and unfocused or want to challenge yourself. I have tried various yoga classes before and it is a relief to find a good one!
