Life often gets in the way of us taking the time to nurture ourselves, even just to take a deep breath. After the Yoga workshop, in just a few hours, I feel invigorated, energised but also peaceful. Cathy has a way of creating a comfortable community amongst students to practise yoga, focusing not just on the body but the mind too. All modifications are considered, mentioned and there is no pressure, making it a safe Yoga practise no matter your experience, good vocal cues to help you with poses.
