    Sarah is a great yoga instructor who encourages people to go at a pace their body can cope with. During my entire pregnancy, the only time I felt like I could truly switch off and focus on me and what my body is doing, and be 'right there, right then' in the moment, was during her sessions through yoga guidance and meditation.     I really enjoy the class on Sunday mornings as it includes a guided meditation with visualisation. I would appreciate another 90 minute class at another time during the week. All of the classes are very good with clear instructions. Sarah creates a relaxed and calm atmosphere ideal for practice.

    Sarah is an excellent yoga teacher. Her classes allow for all options especially for beginners or those with health conditions. I tend to go to the Sunday class due to work commitments but I enjoy the meditation and relaxation aspect of that class. Sarah has a lovely voice during the meditation which may seem a strange thing to say but if I don’t like the persons voice I just can’t relax! Definitely give it a go. I feel so much better since starting yoga. I do a couple of kettle bell/weights/body weight classes in the week and I am generally stiff and aching by the time Sunday comes around. I leave the class feeling pain free and relaxed. For those who are worried about their age, I am 54 so no spring chicken! Sarah will guide you and give you lots of options.
